Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appeal regarding fuel conservation, the Delhi government has taken a significant decision. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced that a 'Work from Home' policy will be implemented in government offices across the capital for two days a week.

The Chief Minister stated that every Monday will be designated as 'Monday Metro'—meaning that officials and employees will utilize the Metro to commute to their offices. The government is working at both public and private levels to conserve petrol and diesel. With this objective in mind, the 'Mera Bharat, Mera Yogdan' (My India, My Contribution) initiative has been launched.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has appealed to all ministers and officials within the Delhi government to refrain from undertaking any official foreign tours. Furthermore, she announced that the Delhi government will not organize any major public events for the next three months.
