In Arunachal Pradesh, Union Minister J.P. Nadda today visited the flash flood and cloudburst-affected areas of Keyi Panyor district to assess the damage.

He expressed condolences to the bereaved families and assured the central government’s commitment in providing relief and reconstruction efforts. Later, the union minister chaired a review meeting in Itanagar with Chief Minister Pema Khandu, ministers and senior officials.

He directed all departments to intensify relief, rehabilitation and healthcare measures, and assured continued financial and logistical assistance to the affected people.
