Parts of Mumbai received heavy rain last night and the city remains cloudy today. Gadchiroli district is also witnessing intermittent drizzle.

According to the India Meteorological Department's forecast, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall at some places in the districts of North Konkan and the Ghat area of North Madhya Maharashtra in the next 24 hours.

Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has also predicted heavy rainfall at isolated places in Marathwada, South Konkan and the Ghat areas of South Madhya Maharashtra.

Meanwhile, heavy rains with thundershowers have been predicted in some parts of Vidarbha. Citizens have been urged to remain alert and follow the instructions of the local administration and the Meteorological Department in the wake of the rains.
