Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) workers staged protests and demonstrations across the state today to protest against the objectionable statements made by Congress leaders regarding Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar.

NCP workers protested outside Congress offices in various cities including Mumbai, Pune, and Thane, condemning this statement.

Meanwhile, NCP state president Sunil Tatkare has also condemned the Congress's remarks. Tatkare has said that the criticism made against Sunetra Pawar, who is working very efficiently as Deputy Chief Minister, is an ideological bankruptcy.

Sunil Tatkare said that the statement made by the Congress is inappropriate and such statements are not acceptable.
