Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the 'Nasha Mukt Yuva Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan' through video conference tomorrow. Along with this, a 100-week nationwide public participation campaign against drug abuse will begin.

Youth from over 10,000 locations across the country will participate in the event. Volunteers from Mai Bharat, National Service Scheme, youth clubs, schools, colleges, universities, NGOs, youth cells of industry associations and representatives from over 125 spiritual organisations will also join virtually.

Under this campaign, various events will be organized across the country every Sunday to increase public awareness and participation. These include sports competitions, walkathons, meditation sessions, cultural programs, awareness campaigns, street plays, seminars, art competitions and community events.

The campaign aims to inspire youth to stay away from drugs and empower them to become agents of positive change in society.
