Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated on Saturday that for BJP workers, the nation, the youth, and students hold greater importance than any official position. He remarked that Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation reflects this very commitment.

In a post on 'X', Shah said that the Modi government respects the sentiments of the country's youth and is committed to implementing necessary reforms to prevent paper leaks. He commended the decisions taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to ensure strict punishment for those responsible for paper leaks.

Shah expressed confidence that these measures would ensure justice for students who successfully cleared the NEET examination.

Highlighting Pradhan's tenure as Education Minister, Shah noted his significant contributions, including the effective implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP), the introduction of exams in the mother tongue, the expansion of 'PM SHRI' schools, the promotion of digital education, the strengthening of skill development, and the enhancement of synergy between the industry and education sectors.

He further stated that Pradhan's efforts to make the examination system more inclusive and student-centric were remarkable. Shah also noted that Pradhan's dedication to the resolve of transforming India into a developed nation was evident throughout his tenure.
