Popular Patna-based teacher 'Khan Sir' (Faisal Khan) has received significant relief from a local court. During the hearing, the court granted an immediate stay on his arrest, meaning he will not be arrested for the time being.

Following the hearing, his lawyer, Arvind Kumar Mahur, informed the media that a detailed hearing on the bail application would take place only after the 'case diary' is submitted to the court. He noted that the court would make a further decision based on the facts and evidence contained in the case diary.

The lawyer also mentioned that a hearing regarding another matter involving Khan Sir's bodyguards is scheduled for Wednesday, and he would represent him in that case as well.

For now, Khan Sir has found relief due to this interim order; the court will decide on the next course of action during the subsequent hearing after examining the case diary.
