J.P. Nadda reaches Dibrugarh amid Assam floods

Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda reviewed the Assam flood situation in Dibrugarh as floods affected 365 villages, impacting over 1.22 lakh people.

The flood situation in Assam continues to remain serious, with 10 districts and 28 revenue circles currently affected.

Meanwhile, Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda arrived in Dibrugarh to review the ground situation.

According to the Assam Flood Report, a total of 365 villages are affected by floods.

A total of 1 lakh 22 thousand 137 people have been affected, while around 15,343 hectares of crop area remain submerged.

Sivasagar is the worst-affected district in terms of population, with more than 58,700 people affected.
