Both the Houses of Parliament witnessed continuous disruptions as oppositions made uproar on several issues. Both Houses were adjourned until 2 pm on Day 3 of the Monsoon Session.

When the Lok Sabha assembled for the day at 11 am, Speaker Om Birla tried to take up the Question Hour, but the opposition members made an uproar.

The Speaker urged the opposition to cooperate in running the House, but the opposition members continued with their protest, which led to adjournment of the Lok Sabha till 12 noon and then till 2 pm.

A similar scene was witnessed in the Rajya Sabha, which was adjourned till 2 pm.
