Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute appointment letters to over 51,000 newly appointed youths across various government departments and organizations during the 19th 'Rozgar Mela' (Employment Fair), organized via video conferencing, tomorrow—May 23, 2026—at 11:00 AM. On this occasion, he will also address the gathering.

This 'Rozgar Mela' aligns with the Prime Minister's commitment to prioritizing job creation; it is a significant initiative undertaken with the objective of realizing this vision. Since the inception of the 'Rozgar Mela' initiative, approximately 1.2 million (12 lakh) appointment letters have been distributed through the 18 fairs organized across the country to date.

The 19th 'Rozgar Mela' will be organized at 47 locations across the nation. Through this event, newly appointed candidates selected from every corner of the country will assume their duties in various central ministries and departments—such as the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Financial Services, and Department of Higher Education.
