A major earthquake is being witnessed in Delhi on the first day of the monsoon session of Parliament! Delhi Police today lathicharged thousands of students who had gone out to storm Parliament under the leadership of the 'Cockroach Janata Party' (CJP) to protest against the 'NEET' paper leak.

Why exactly did the fight happen?

Police use of force: When thousands of youth and students started their 'Chalo Sansad' march towards Parliament from Jantar Mantar and Mandi House metro stations, they were stopped by the police. When the protesters tried to break the barricades, the police resorted to lathicharge to disperse the crowd.

Strict restrictions in place: The police had not given any permission for this march. Also, Section 163 (Prohibition of Assembly) of the BNSS has been imposed in the entire New Delhi area and 5 major metro stations have been closed for security reasons.
