Governor Kavinder Gupta, along with his wife Bindu Gupta, attended the program organized on the historic Ridge Maidan in Shimla on the occasion of International Yoga Day. Leader of the Opposition Jai Ram Thakur, Mayor Surendra Chauhan, and several other dignitaries participated in the yoga program and practiced yoga. On this occasion, the Governor said that yoga is our tradition and culture, and today Yoga Day is being celebrated worldwide. He said that a healthy body is a sign of a healthy mind, therefore, yoga should be openly adopted in one's life, family, and society
