A new golden era has begun in India's space sector today! The country's first orbital class rocket 'Vikram-1', developed entirely privately in India, has successfully launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh.

Skyroot Aerospace: Hyderabad-based private startup Skyroot Aerospace has developed this powerful rocket. This is being considered as India's biggest milestone in the private sector.

Highly advanced technology: This rocket is equipped with three solid-fuel stages and a Liquid Orbital Adjustment Module (LOAM), which allows for precise placement of satellites in space.

Capabilities: This rocket is designed to successfully deliver payloads (satellites) weighing 350 kilograms to Low Earth Orbit (LEO), an altitude of 450 kilometers above the Earth.
