Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages has expressed its readiness to invest around Rs 1,200 crore in the state, including a greenfield project at Jamner in Jalgaon district. This investment will generate large-scale employment, boost local industries, and accelerate the economic development of the area, said Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

Speaking at a meeting held at Vidhan Bhavan yesterday, the Chief Minister also mentioned that Maharashtra always welcomes industries that contribute to the overall progress of the state through investment, employment generation, a viable local economy, eco-friendly development and community-oriented initiatives.

Meanwhile, Hemant Rupani, CEO of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Company, said that through three production centers in Maharashtra, the company is promoting employment generation in the state, especially in remote talukas.
