The ongoing protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi against the NEET paper leak and the chaos in the education system has now taken an explosive turn. As thousands of youth took to the streets, the administration has suspended mobile internet services in some parts of central Delhi to bring the situation under control.

Clashes with police and massive crowd: A huge crowd of protesters has formed on Janpath and Tolstoy Road, and clashes have occurred at some places between protesters and security forces trying to enter.

Direct appeal from Geetanjali Angmo : Geetanjali J. Angmo, wife of hospitalised environmentalist Sonam Wangchuk, appealed to the protesters for peace from the stage. She said, "India's youth have shown that they are not like the 'Gen Z' generation of other countries."

The area was filled with slogans: The crowd was so huge that even from a distance of 100 meters from the stage, the leaders' or police's loudspeaker appeals could not be heard. The entire area was filled with the continuous sloganeering of the youth.
